Altomare
is said to be the most beautiful town in the world. When Ash and friends travel
there to compete in the annual water race, they find out that The Soul Dew -- a
mysterious jewel with awesome and dangerous powers -- has become the target of
master thieves Annie and Oakley.
The Soul Dew is protected by the brother and sister pair of Pokémon, Latios and Latias. But Annie and Oakley will do anything to get their hands on that jewel, and so they capture Latios. Ash and friends must team up with Latias to save her brother and prevent the destruction of the town -- but how?
