Battle Tents:
Not quite prepared for the frontier competitions? Get in some practice at the battle tents! These are short versions of three frontier battling facilities used as warmups for when you reach the Frontier. Similar but slightly different rules & prizes apply.

Slateport Tent

This tent relates to the Battle Factory. Here you'll go through 3 battles using three rental POKéMON all at L30. After each battle you'll have the oppurtunity to swap a POKéMON of yours for one from the opponents group that you just defeated. Unlike the the Factory, you won't be given a hint at what your next opponent might be like.

Verdanturf Tent

This tent relates to that of the Battle Palaces. Your POKéMON will battle on their own so just sit back and watch. You must win 3 battles straight to emerge victorious. Your opponents will match the highest level PKMN you have with you so make sure your team is relatively similar level-wise. However, no opponent will have one below L30.

Fallarbor Tent

This tent relates to the Battle Arena. You must win 3 battles straight to emerge victorious. Your opponents will match the highest level PKMN you have with you so make sure your team is relatively similar level-wise. However, no opponent will have one below L30. However unlike other places, you'll have just 3 turns per round to try and KO your opponents POKéMON. Fail to do so and the judge will step in and rate the winner based on Mind, Skill & Body points.
